Cut Out Dimensions Needed For Installing RearView Safety Flush Mount Bracket # RVS-421

Question:
There is a photo here which shows the dimensions are Overall its 7.875 inches wide and 6.125 inches tall. That appears to be the overall edge to edge dimension, what is the dimension of the box which would recess into the dash leaving the lip to cover the rough opening? Thanks.

The cut out dimensions needed to install the RearView Safety Flush Mount Bracket # RVS-421 are 7-1/4 inches wide by 5 inches tall.

Can this be used with the Furrion Vision S 7 Inch monitor?
