2019 Ford Ranger with short bed and Retrax Pro XR. The one with the T-slots.

Rhino Rack actually has a kit designed specifically for fitting the tracks of a RetraxPro XR ladder rack with the part number # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 which gives you 71 inch bars or part # RRVA165B-RRRLT600 which gives 65 inch long crossbars. The part number you mentioned does not fit.
