I have an 07 Ford F-150 I’m wanting to know if the gooseneck that’s for my truck can I add air bags as well

I have a great suspension enhancement solution for your 2007 Ford F-150 that you plan to install a gooseneck hitch in the bed of but the air spring kits you mentioned do not fit with in-bed hitches. So you'd want to go with a Timbren system like the part # TFR1502D which fits your truck, provides the same suspension support, and is compatible with an in-bed hitch. The other benefit is that you don't have to ever worry about checking air pressure in air bags.

Then for a gooseneck hitch that fits your truck the B and W Turnoverball part # BWGNRK1104 is the correct fitting hitch.
