I reached out to the manufacturer who told me there is not a set amount of time or speed to extend the slide-out with the Lippert Components Venture Actuator and High Speed Slide-Out Motor # LC168956.

The reason for this are the variables with different slide-outs; each is different so the amount of time will be different for everybody depending both on the size of the room and how much specific weight is in the room.
