Fifth Wheel Hitch that Allows for Easier Connection/Disconnection When Not Perfectly Level

Question:
Is there any fifth wheel hitches that are not so sensitive to being level in order to release? This has been extremely irritating.

Expert Reply:
Fifth wheel hitches in general like to be as level as possible when connecting/disconnecting, but the hitch we offer that offers the most flexibility and pivoting ability in the head is the Curt Q20 part # C16130. If there was a hitch that was the easiest to connect/disconnect on unlevel ground it would be this one. This hitch has a spherical axial bearing which allows easy pivoting of hitch head more than any other hitch out there.
Check out the review video link I attached for this hitch to see more info on how easily the head of the hitch can pivot.
