For a 661 pound (300 kg) trailer we have the Timbren 1,200 rated system part # ASR1200S02 that should work great. The Timbren Axle-Less Systems are a great option when building a new trailer since their 2 independent units eliminate the need for a thru axle and they can fit any frame width.
For idler hub assemblies that will work perfectly with these spindles I recommend the Dexter # 8-91-05UC1-EZ that features a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern.
There is not an axle kit available that includes a wiring harness but you can certainly add a 4-Way harness like the 35 foot long # A35W42B or the 20 foot # A20WB to set up your trailer wiring.
I have attached a couple of trailer articles that you might also find helpful as you continue your building. I have included some links that will take you to our selection of trailer lights, tires, and wheels that you can look through as well.
