According to the owner's manual for your 2016 Honda Accord, only the use of tire cables are permitted and they must be installed on the front two wheels. If you do not already have a set of cables then I recommend checking out the Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains part # TC339DC if you have 235/45-18 tires or part # TC335DC if you have 205/65-16 or 215/55-17 tires. The Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains part # TH01221104 that you referenced should not be used because they do not offer enough clearance between the wheel wells.
I like the Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains because they have a diagonal pattern which will offer more traction and provide a smoother ride when compared to a conventional ladder pattern. They also have built-in adjusters to keep the cables properly seated on the tires. The Titan cables are class S compatible so they can be used on vehicles with limited wheel well clearance like your Accord.
I have attached a sample install video for you on the above chains. I recommend you test fit them in your driveway before you actually need to use them.
