Is there a disc brake version of this actuator available from Titan. Can you get the disc brake version for me?

I do have an option for you but there is not a version of the Titan Zinc-Plated A-Frame Brake Actuator for trailers with disc brakes. The only a-frame trailer coupler we do offer for use with disc brakes is the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Lockout part # DM8105422 so this is what I recommend. In order to use this coupler with a 2-5/16" hitch ball you will also need the Demco Trailer Coupler part # DM15791-97.
The Demco coupler will actually be an upgrade over the Titan coupler. It has a higher weight capacity at 12,500 lbs, features an electric lockout if you do not have free backing braking assemblies, and an adjustable channel which will help level the trailer to the tow vehicle.
The other option you have is to switch to an electric over hydraulic setup. This is going to increase braking performance by allowing for a quicker response on your trailer's brakes. It will not require any additional components or action required to backup the trailer either. There are a lot of boat trailer manufacturers installing electric over hydraulic actuators on their trailers now from the factory because of the above.
In order to do this you will need an electric over hydraulic actuator, trailer wiring, and breakaway. The HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit part # HS381-9067 has all of this included for you and is what I recommend using if this is the route you were to take. For a new trailer coupler, I recommend the A-Frame Trailer Coupler part # CA-5210-B or you could just weld the one you have now.
