Ford tow camera package was not included or purchased with this vehicle because that package is intended for travel trailers not 5th wheels. So the 378fl is already wired and ready for back up camera pre-delivery I would like to add extra cameras on side of 5th wheel And adding a camera for the bed on the ford as well as an option would be great.

Your 378FL Hemisphere GLX likely has the pre wiring for a Furrion system. If this is the case then the Furrion RV Observation Camera System # FOS05TASF with the 5" monitor along with the Furrion Vision S Side Camera w/ Marker Light Bracket # FCE48TASL is what you are looking for when it comes to your trailer.
To add a 4th camera you would need to use the Furrion Vision S Rear Camera w/ Sharkfin Bracket # FCN48TASF I'm not sure how well this camera will fit on your 2019 Ford F-250 or where you would install it but I can say this is the best option for your towing setup. We do have the Truck Bed Cargo Camera for 8" Factory Monitor # 3460001 which will give you the ability to see your truck bed with your factory 8" monitor instead of the Furrion option.
One of the perks of this system is that it also doubles as an observation system. While you're at your campgrounds you can carry the monitor with you to keep an eye on your trailer as it has a range of up to 492' unobstructed.
