Disc Brake Kit Recommendation for 2003 Ranger Trail Trailer

I have a 2003 ranger trail trailer that has the old ufp gold oil bath hubs on them. the inner seal is 21333 tb, inner bearing is 25580, outer bearing is lm67048. The spindle measures 1.75 inner and 1.248 outer. I am looking for the hub and rotor replacement the closest parts that I see have the 25580 inner and the 15123 outer bearing sold separately and I am not sure exactly what inner seal I need. bolt pattern is 6 on 5.5 1/2-20 studs and it is a 12inch rotor. I see the 15123 outer bearing has the same I.D. as the lm67048 Is the Kodiak hub KHR12D the correct replacement hub and will the 15123 bearing kit work with this? It is going on a boat trailer. replacing all of the parts I would be looking at the parts for the Inner seals, bearings, hubs with rotors which this listing states the races are already installed, and bearing buddies.

The grease seal you have has the inner diameter of 2.125 and is basically a # GS-2125DL. So what you'd need to do is use the grease seal # GS-2125DL with the correct bearings for this kit of # 25580 and # 15123 and you'd be set. These bearings and seals would be all that you'd need to fit the hub/rotor kit to your axle.
