Yes, we do have the replacement brake pads (also known as shoes) for the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-469 (right hand) as well as part # 23-468 (left hand). These are found as parts # K71-682 and # K71-681 respectfully.
Please note that it is typically more cost effective to swap out the whole brake assembly. Another perk to doing this is that you can be confident that other internal components aren't excessively worn down from prolonged use.
