Will the head from the patriot fit the base for the champion? Trying to configure to the puck system in new f350?

Functionally they are the same as they have the same jaw design, but they do attach differently so they are not interchangeable.
The Patriot head replacement is the part # BWRVC3200 and the Companion head replacement is # BWRVC3006.
If you currently have a Patriot hitch and are trying to fit a B and W hitch to the factory rails of your 2019 Ford F-350 you'll need the Companion hitch part # BWRVK3300.
