Where does the block heater cartridge install on a 2013 Lexus RX 350 and is it recommended to put silicone on the element? If so what kind of silicone ?

I checked with Kat's and the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater # KH11813 that fits your 2013 Lexus RX 350 will install in the left front position, as indicated in the cut out of the manual I attached. Kat's does recommend coating the cartridge with NSCG silicone grease G-624 before inserting it into the block.
