Do you make a hitch receiver for my 2003 Dodge ram 2500 Cummins that fits where tow hooks are installed?

The only front hitches we offer for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 are ones that fit below the front bumper and air dam like the Draw Tite part # 65046.
