For your 2019 Kia Sorento I recommend the etrailer.com Class III Trailer Hitch # e98843 because it features the highest tongue weight capacity available at 750 pounds and has a unique matte black finish to provide a rugged appearance. The hitch itself is more than up to the task of supporting your loaded wheelchair carrier. It will install using existing holes in the Sorento's frame for a no-drill installation.
I have attached an install video that you can also use for reference.
In order to verify that you won't have any issues transporting your wheelchair you will also need to determine the tongue weight capacity of your Kia Sorento. Regardless of how much the hitch can handle, you will always be limited by your weakest component. This means that if the tongue weight capacity of the Sorento is lower than the 750 pound limit on the hitch, you will need to follow this lower number.
Unless otherwise stated in the owner's manual this limit is typically 10 percent of the vehicle's towing capacity. Looking at the specs for your Sorento it looks like its tongue weight capacity can vary from 200 to 500 pounds, depending on your exact model. Because of this possible range I highly recommend verifying your Sorento's capacity by taking a look at your copy of the owner's manual or checking with a local Kia dealer.
If you don't yet have a carrier for your wheelchair, I recommend looking at the Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier # FHG69ZR, which includes an integrated 60-inch ramp for easy loading and unloading. Its durable aluminum construction makes it a lightweight option at just 77 pounds. This the total weight of the carrier and your wheelchair will be around 277 pounds. You will just need to make sure this doesn't exceed the tongue weight capacity of your Sorento.
I have attached a short video demonstration on the carrier that you can take a look at.
