As long as you have the hardware for your Thule Summit 631 cargo box, you will just need the crossbars you mentioned. If you don't have the mounting hardware then you will also need the mounting hardware # TH04997.
Then for your crossbars, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long # RRVA126B-2 and the SX Series Legs for Raised Factory Side Rails # RRSX100. This combination will work well for you and support your cargo box.
