The lock assembly for a Thule Cascade box is not a replacement part. The core can be replaced, but not the entire assembly according to my tech contact at Thule. So you will either need to go with a different option for a lock assembly or replace the roof box.
My recommendation is to use the replacement hardware kit # SR05587. This will allow you to rivet the lock bracket in place and allow you to lock your cargo box.
Another option is to use the Master Lock Contractor Grade Single-Hinged Hasp - 6-1/4" Long # 720DPF and then use a padlock like # ML1KA.
