In order to install electric drum brakes on your Top Hat Econo Angle Utility Trailer you will need braking assemblies, hub/drums, a breakaway kit, and trailer wiring. For the braking assemblies, I recommend using the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-468-469 because they are self-adjusting which means you don't need to make continual adjustments for even pad wear.
For the hubs/drums, I recommend using the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 84546UC3 because it comes with bearings/races/seals and everything else you need for installation. For a breakaway kit, I recommend the Tekonsha Shur-Set III Trailer Breakaway Kit part # 2028 because it has a built-in battery charger that will prevent overcharging. For trailer wiring, I recommend the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # HS381-9000 because it is very easy to install and comes with all of the other butt connectors and ring terminals you will need. The factory 4-way trailer connector can still be used if rewired into the junction box. This will be everything you need.
I have attached install/review videos as well as a help article on adding electric drum brakes for you.
