Will this jack setup level out on uneven ground it looks like the motor runs both legs at the same time so if ground is uneven then the trailer would end up crooked when leveling?

The Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC298707 you asked about does have a single motor, but it will allow for leveling on uneven ground as the arms work independently. I've attached a video of this product to help that explains that function.
If you need additional clearance for wiring, plumbing, etc. then the Double Spacer Kit for Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack # LC673594 will help with that.

Do nurs and bolts come w/spacer beside those that are suplied for the Lippert stabeliser.
