Hey Kyle, thanks for reaching out!
There aren't any cutout templates for the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Strap # IMF18804, but I have gone out in the past and found the overall dimensions to be 9-7/8" x 6-9/16" (see attached) while the base measures about 4-1/2" deep. You can cut out some pieces of paper with these dimensions to get a good idea of how much space these will take up.
