Hitch with Best Ground Clearance for 2013 Ford Edge Sport
Updated 12/21/2018 | Published 12/20/2018 >
Question:
Is there a hitch available for the 2013 Ford Edge that fits higher to have additional ground clearance and perhaps requires trimming the rear fascia? I just got the car so Im dont know yet what it looks like under there. Its normally too cold and rainy here this time of year to take a look.

The best hitch for ground clearance on your 2013 Ford Edge Sport is the Draw Tite part # 75728 that you referenced because it has a crosstube that sits above the hitch opening which means that only the hitch tube will hang down. While that may not seem like it's much better in terms of ground clearance it is better than a hitch with a crosstube that hangs at the same height.
Since only the center hangs down you wouldn't have as much interference as you make a turn into a driveway with an incline.
