Question:
Thanks for helping me. I have a Kwikee Revolution 2 step LC3725791 for my 2014 Vista Winnebago. When it goes out it buzzes loudly at the end of the cycle for 2-3 seconds. Its fine going in. It also seems to not lock and can be pulled out another 1/2 inch . I notice that there is some play on the cam joints but I hate to add washers and get it too tight. It has play side to side . The step control was new in August and the step motor new this September. The new motor wasnt the exact one but we were on the road and couldnt get in at a RV dealer. The motor had worked just fine in every way till it sat for 2 months and now its cold. I just ordered the the proper one from E- Trailer yesterday LC380073 but am hoping its the cold in Minnesota thats causing the buzz in the 2 month old motor. Any ideas on what to do or try? Thanks so much. I can sure send photos if needed.

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that using the correct motor (part # LC380073) will help to fix the issues you are having with your Revolution Power Step # LC3725791 but you will also need to adjust your cams to remove some of that play you mentioned.
If you are still having issues after replacing your motor and adjusting your cams just let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.
