I purchased a 2018 K-Z Sportster 321THR13 and its prepped for the backup camera. What exactly do I need to purchase to make this work? I see the camera on the back of the camper on the top.

I believe your 2018 K-Z Sportster 321THR13 is prepared for a Furrion RV Observation Camera System judging by the looks of the camera mounting bracket. If that is the case then you will want to use part # FOS43TASF for a 4.3" monitor or the part # FOS05TASF for a 5" monitor.
The Furrion RV Observation Camera System comes with a camera mounting bracket, camera, and monitor. If your K-Z Sportster already comes with the mounting bracket and camera, then all you would need to use is the monitor. However, most of the time they will only come with the camera mounting bracket. Regardless of the above configurations, you will need to purchase the entire system as the camera and monitor are not offered separately of one another. This however ensures they you have everything you need with one purchase to utilize the backup camera system on your trailer.
