The SumoSprings I recommend for a light load on your 2018 Ford F-150 are the SumoSprings # SSR-117-40 because they work progressively to keep your vehicle level and give you a smoother ride .
The SumoSprings are made of a microcellular urethane which compresses independently and has a 1,000 lb capacity which allows them to reduce body roll and sway as well as keep your truck level whether you are carrying a load of 1,000 lbs or 250 lbs.
These springs are very easy to install, as you can see by the linked installation manual, and are made in the USA. I have added links to video reviews of these springs for you to check out as well.
