Do they make this with a black housing instead of chrome

The LED Trailer License Plate Light with Chrome Housing part # LPL11CB is not offered with a black housing however, we do have similar license plate lights with a black housing, part # LPL82CBB (LED) and part # LP81BB (incandescent). You could also paint the LED Trailer License Plate Light with Chrome Housing black as well but it does not come this way.
I wish I had a better option for you. If you already have a hole drilled for the round light, the base on either of the above options would likely cover it.
