The factory roof racks installed by Mopar are a Thule product. The correct replacment key for the mopar roof rack with key #E099 is the Replacement Key for Thule and Sportrack Racks and Carriers # THKEYN099.
You may want to consider ordering multiple keys to have a spare or two.
