The Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSCV-6 referenced in your question will work perfectly with the 2-1/2 inch factory receiver on your 2019 Ford F-250. This sturdy steel ball mount will slide right into the 2-1/2 inch receiver without the need for an additional adapter and its polyurethane interior acts as a shock absorber to reduce bounce and vibration. It is made right here in the USA and features an 18,000 pound towing weight capacity.
You will just need to add a standard pin and clip like # 37201065 or a locking unit like the excellent etrailer.com # e98881 to secure it into place.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this ball mount that you can also check out.
