I want to install a trailer hitch on my 2018 Chevy Bolt EV to carry a bike rack.

The hitch I recommend for your 2018 Chevy Bolt EV for carrying a bike rack is the Draw Tite # 24956 because it has the highest capacities, has a concealed crosstube, and unlike the Curt hitch for your vehicle it does not require the use of a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a picture of this hitch installed on a Bolt EV just like yours carrying a Kuat NV # NV12G which is a fantastic bike rack we also recommend highly. This rack only touches the bikes by the tires, comes with a repair stand built into the rack and is overall one of the nicest racks around. It's very stable, made in the USA, and is considered by many to be the nicest bike rack available.
