Your 2015 Nissan Armada should have no problem when towing your Keystone Hideout trailer that is 3,800 lbs. It sounds like the squat you are experiencing is due to a weight distribution system that is not rated correctly, not set up correctly with the stacked washers, or that you would benefit from suspension enhancement.
For your weight distribution setup, you want to account for the total tongue weight which includes the completely loaded tongue weight of the trailer along with any cargo weight behind the rear axle of your Armada. This total tongue weight should be in the middle of the weight range of your system. My recommendation is the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion # FA92-00-0800 which is rated for total tongue weights ranging between 400 and 800 lbs. Then you would use the hitch ball # EQ91-00-6100 for a 2-5/16 inch ball or # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2 inch ball.
To add some load leveling suspension enhancement, I recommend the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F4150 which will install inside the spring coils as shown in the attached photo. I've also attached a video to assist. This will let you manually adjust the springs to reduce squat and keep your headlights from shining into the sky or blinding other drivers.
