Do you have a set of chains that will fit my car and my husband’s 2006 VW Jetta TDI with 205/55-16 tires?

I do have some tire chain options that will fit your 205/60-16 size tires on your 2012 Toyota Prius v but since Thule recently got out of the tire chain business the CS-10 chains are no longer available.

Konig actually manufactured the chains for Thule and they have some options that are compatible with your tire size. If you like the self-tensioning feature of the Thule chains then I recommend the Konig part # TH00023095.

These chains feature the same type of self-tensioner as well as the D links for excellent traction. The design is slightly different than the CS-10 chains but the Konig option still uses the diamond pattern for the most surface area coverage.

Be sure to check your owner's manual for any specific instructions on snow tire chain usage for your Prius.

For a similar chain that is compatible with both the 205/60-16 size tires on your 2012 Prius v and the 205/55-16 size tires on your husband's 2006 VW Jetta TDI I recommend the Titan Chain # TC1540. These chains feature square links with the same diamond pattern as the Konig chains that I originally referenced. The biggest difference between the Titan Chain and Konig tire chains is that the Titan Chain doesn't have the self-tensioning device. They do have an integrated manual tensioner though which works great! I have attached a review video on these chains for you to check out.
