How do I remove the factory 7 pin plug from 2018 ram 1500? Looking to hard wire tailgate light bar.

I do not have any advice to remove the 7-way trailer connector on your 2018 Ram 1500 nor would I recommend doing so as this would likely void your warranty. If you need to obtain power from these signals for a tailgate light bar like the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960134 you can either splice into them with quick splice connectors like part # SWC501746-1 or you can just wire a 7-way on the end of the light bar with part # PK12706. These will be your best options that require minimal modifications and should not void your warranty.
