Question:
What is the difference between BandW Hitch BWGNRK1108 and BWGNRK1108-5W? They look to be the same. I have a 2004 F-350 SD supercrew dually with a 6.0. My current hitch is a 1199R I believe and it is rusted beyond repair. I would like to replace it with new.

The two part numbers are actually the same rail kit/gooseneck hitch. Since they appear in the fitguide for both the gooseneck and fifth wheel hitches though we gave them slightly different part numbers to make it easier for us to organize.
For your 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty the Turnoverball rail kit part # BWGNRK1108 or # BWGNRK1108-5W is the correct kit and would work well for you.
