Question:

I need to change my equalizers on a 2013 keystone bullet premier part is dexter #13-148 I cant find this part nor my repair shop the equalizer is 10 long from center of bolt holes

To change your equalizers on your 2013 Keystone Bullet Premier we don't have the exact equalizer you are seeking. Your premier I believe has the 42 inch on center axles which is a wider stance than standard, so changing other components like leaf springs and shackle straps will be required if changing your equalizer.

I'm happy to assist with getting you a system that will work for you, but I will need to know your hanger measurements from center of hole to center of hole, the eye to eye dimensions of your leaf springs and their weight capacity, and the overall length of your current shackle straps.

If your equalizers are still intact and you just want a smoother ride, I recommend the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit w/ Heavy Duty Gas Shocks - 3,500-lb (2-3/8") Axle # LC281255.
