Do People Normally Remove Spring Bars of Weight Distribution System before Removing Head
Updated 11/20/2018 | Published 11/19/2018 >
Question:
Im surprised nobody mentions anything about the torsion bars that connect to the head. Do people really ever remove those? Does this tool work with them attached to the head?

Expert Reply:
Typically when people uninstall a weight distribution system the first thing they do is remove the spring bars. Once they are moved they uncouple the trailer from the hitch ball and then remove the head of the system from the hitch.
