Since you are getting signal but it is weak, you most likely have an issue with a bad ground connection or a short in the wire. First, I recommend checking the ground connection and making sure when you trace it you have a bare metal to metal connection free of debris or corrosion.
Next, I recommend tracing the wire of your left turn and stop signal checking for any physical signs of wear like exposed wire or corrosion build up. If there are no physical signs on the wire, then I recommend checking the 7-way pin. Use some sand paper on the 3 o'clock blade and thoroughly clean it then use some dielectric grease # 11755 to keep moisture and debris out of your connections.
If that doesn't solve your issues, then check the wiring harness connection behind the 7-way and then at the connection to the factory harness. Test your wires there for signal strength. If you have power there, I recommend replacing the 7-way with the Pollak # PK11893 or if you have the twist in style # PK11916
