Question:
Hey just looking at the Curt hitches for my 2018 Ford F-150. Can you tell me how they will sit in relation to the bumper? Any differences? Recommendation?

The Curt Class IV # C26HR, Class III # C86HR, and Class III # C13903 trailer hitches will all have almost identical bumper and ground clearance dimensions when they are mounted under your 2018 Ford F-150. There will be a distance of around 3-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the rear bumper.
What separates the models from each other are their Class ratings and their physical appearance when installed. Between the three options I recommend going with the Curt Class IV # C14017. In addition to having the highest towing and tongue weight capacities for your F-150 (10,000 pounds and 1,000 pounds respectively), this particular hitch features a hidden design where only the receiver is visible from the rear of the truck. This allows for a much cleaner, factory-like appearance for the hitch.
I have attached an installation video that you can also use for reference.
