The absolute best storage cover we have for your 2019 Jayco Hummingbird 17RK is the Classic Accessories PolyPRO 3 R-Pod Trailer Cover part # CA80-197-171001-00. This cover is going to provide protection in all seasons. It has adjustable front and rear tension panels for a tight fit and integrated air vents to reduce moisture buildup. It also comes with a drawstring bag when not in use.

As you can see in the attached photo on a similar 2017 Jayco Hummingbird 17RB, this cover is a perfect fit. The 17RB and 17RK have almost identical dimensions.

@ChrisR,, mines a 2018 jayco hummingbird 16 mrb baja edition with the door in the middle,, 19,9 long
