Where would I find the spot to use the hand crank the tongue of the trailer up or down?

The manual crank # LC285324 is inserted into the top of the head unit for the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318. You first need to remove the rubber plug to gain access to the attachment point (see attached photo).
