The weight of a weight distribution system is not counted as tongue weight as it basically becomes part of the frame on the vehicle. Therefore, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13105 on your 2017 Toyota Sienna will handle up to 500 lbs in addition to the weight of your weight distribution system which as you mentioned is about 100 lbs for the Equal-i-zer system.
The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System I recommend for you is part # EQ37060ET. This system has a total tongue weight range of 200 lbs - 600 lbs. It also has a lifetime warranty and as I am sure you already know, is one of the best on the market due to its four point sway control.
Please keep in mind that your Sienna is also going to have a maximum tongue weight rating and if it is lower than the tongue weight rating of the trailer hitch (with or without a weight distribution system), you will need to abide by this figure. This figure will actually vary depending on the amount of passengers and cargo you have. Basically, you are going to take the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of your vehicle and then subtract the weight of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo. Whatever is left is going to be your tounge weight rating.
I have attached review/install videos of the Equal-i-zer system for you as well.
