The Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers - Dual Plug In # C51451 is a fit for your 2018 Chevy Suburban if you already have the factory tow package with the factory 7-way trailer connector.
If you do not have the factory 7-way, then you will need the Replacement Custom Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connectors # 30955 and will hardwire the wires present under your dash to the Universal Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers # C51515.
