Yes, if you had a Roadmaster base plate kit installed on your 2013 Fiat 500 like the part # 522013-1A the replacement crossbar part # 910021-00 would work with it. But you'd also need a tow bar that this crossbar would have originally came with like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 part # RM-520. Do you have a tow bar already? If so, which one do you have?
