We do have a number of options for a lube plate but we do not carry the Holland FW001 and have limited access to websites outside of the manufacturers of the parts we carry so I was unable to look up this hitch.

The best lube plate that will work if you have a 2-7/8" king pin is the Lippert Never Fail Whisper Disk Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # LC286160 because it installs easily by sliding over the king pin and not only protects your skid plate but also minimizes the noise that occurs when towing a fifth wheel trailer.

This lube plate is 11-1/2" in diameter and 3/16" thick; I have added a link to a video review of this product for you to check out as well.
