How to Clear Error Code for Lippert Hydraulic Auto Leveling Jacks

Question:
I went to operate my hydraulic jacks. I pushed the on off button and got no display. Nothing. I unplugged the touch pad and reconnected it right away. Display read *** error *** push enter to acknowledge. Nothing. Went back and forth between error and enter along with alarm. Reset touch pad and control module. Still nothing. Any idea what might be the problem?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and they told me to pass this on to you:
Have the customer push enter and retract at the same time to see if it will clear the error from the screen. If it does not then the customer would be looking at replacing the control module.
