Question:
Do you know the maximum amperage draw with light on and motor starting? I want to know what size fuse to put inline on the source side.

I spoke with my contact at Fulton and he told me that the max amperage the Fulton XLT jack part # F141401 would draw is 15 amps before it would trip it's internal breaker. This breaker automatically resets itself. Because of that there's no need to have any circuit protection on the circuit that powers this.

I have a 2019 Land Rover Discovery and it has a 30Amp Auxiliary wire to the 7 pin harness. I can tell you on one up and down with the boat on it, it blew the 30amp fuse like that. No internal breaker at 15. I think it needs more like a 50-60A fuse? I can tell you the 30 went like that with no other load on aux wire....
