Do the Roadmaster Comfort Ride 5th Wheel Shocks Come with Brackets and Hardware?

Question:

Is the RM-2470 a shock kit with brackets for both axles or is this just the shocks for both axles? Thanks,

The Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 8,000-lb Axle # RM-2470 comes with the adjustable mounting brackets and hardware included. The tie plates included will replace your existing u-bolt tie plates but you will reuse the u-bolts themselves. Once the tie plates are in place you will bolt the upper mounting bracket to your trailer frame with the included hardware. These Nitrogen-charged shock absorbers will be a great help to the ride of your 5th wheel trailer.
