As long as you are using the factory coil springs on your 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser then the 2-1/2" lift kit you have in the rear will not be a problem. If you have a set of taller/stiffer aftermarket coil springs then you would need to test these for yourself as the manufacturer does not test fit with aftermarket coil springs, just the factory ones.
If it turns out that you do have aftermarket coil springs and the airbags won't work then we still have an option for you in the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORSEQ. However, you will need to purchase spacers to make up for the lift kit you have, part # TA25723-90AD00 for 1" and part # TA25722-90F00 for 1/2". You can use multiple spacers, up to six per side.
I have attached an install video of the Timbren's for you as well.
