I do have a solution for you, however the Replacement Foot Pad # 2500-3755G referenced in your question is designed specifically for certain electric jacks made by Stromberg Carlson so I cannot confirm if it will work well for your existing jack.
For your 12V Electric Jack # 3370093500 (part 0093500 from Buyers Products) you will need the Replacement Foot Pad # 3373013261. This will work perfectly for your jack and is exactly what the jack would have originally been equipped with.
