From my research the bed of your 2018 Ram 3500 is just over 20 inches deep. The B&W Companion that fits the pucks of your Ram's prep package, part # BWRVK3670, can be adjusted from 17 to 19 inches. It also depends on how the tonneau cover fits. If it's on top of the bed rails and is little over that height then the hitch will almost definitely fit. On the other hand if cover is inside the bedrails and a little lower then the hitch may be too high on the higher settings.

It's fairly likely the cover will clear the B&W if it's set on its lowest setting. Worst case scenario you can remove the hitch head which is fairly simple.

I would measure from the bed floor to the underside of the tonneau and see how close they're going to be to one another.
