Does the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly Part # 100473-12 Require a Sealer

Question:

Hi, This looks like what I need, but just checking. This is to replace the propane pigtails on a 2007 Airstream Bambi Anniversary Edition. Also, do I need special valve tape to make the seal or does that come with it? Thanks!

The MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly part # 100473-12 should be exactly what you need to replace the leader hose that connects the propane tank and regulator on your 2007 Airstream Bambi Anniversary Edition. Since it has a MPT fitting you will need to use some sort of thread sealer or pipe tape which can be obtained at your local hardware store. It does not come with it but it is also fairly inexpensive.
