Can Strap of Fulton XLT Powered Winch be Replaced

Question:
Can the winch strap be replaced so I can install one for use with PWC? Cant connect hook directly, need web strap to run through eye. What is the noise DB level when using winch? Thanks

Yes, you can replace the strap of the now-discontinued Fulton XLT Powered Winch F500620; I have added a diagram from the instructions which explain how to replace the strap.
The winch uses a 2" wide strap and I recommend the 12' Long Personal Water Craft Trailer Winch Strap # DL24291.
